The Fonte Aqua PK production area located 12 kilometers south of the Dmitrov city not far from the Volgusha and Iksha rivers, on the Moscow Canal, in the village of Dedenevo. These places have been known since 1504. From the 18th century the village belonged to the Golovins family, their estate was located in it. In 1852 Gavriil Pavlovich Golovin and his mother Anna Gavrilovna petitioned for organizing a female monastic community in their estate and transfer the manor house 1.5 kilometers to the south. Now from it preserved farm building and a park. Thanks to the Golovin family the Savior Vlacherna monastery was established in Dedenevo. In 1922 the monastery was officially closed by the Soviet authorities. Only in 2001 by decision of His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexy II the monastery was opened again. To the west of the village are located the picturesque spurs of the Klin-Dmitrov ridge - a very popular holiday destination among winter sports enthusiasts.
